Terms and Conditions

Reservations and Vouchers:

  • Once your reservation is completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Questions and requests for changes should be made through the contact us.
  • All special requests e.g. bed type, non-smoking room, connecting, etc. cannot be guaranteed and will be confirmed only by the hotel upon arrival, based on availability.
  • Please note your name and details may not be registered with the hotel until 7-14 days prior to arrival.

Hotels check in / checkout times:

  • Check in: 14:00 (2:00 P.M.).
  • Check out: 12:00 (Noon).
  • Jewish Hotels : Check in on Saturdays and Holidays – 2 hours after sunset.

Liability & responsibility:

Since there are no official hotel ratings in Israel, please note that the hotel categories are for indication only.

Tour itineraries may be subject to change at the discretion of the Tour Operator. The Tour Operator acts only as an agent for companies, owners or contractors providing transportation, hotel accommodations or any other services and are not in any way liable for injury, loss, damage, delay or accident.    

Payment 

Upon confirmation of services ,deposit of 30 % is a must .

Cancellation policy Hotels :
1. Services can be cancelled with no penalties up to 30 days prior to expected start of services.
2. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are subject to a penalty equal to first night stay fee.
3. No refunds for no show and unused services. 

Cancellation policy Tours 
1. Services can be cancelled with no penalties up to 30 days prior to expected start of services.
2. Cancellations made within 30 days of expected start of services are subject to a penalty equal to 50% of the full amount.
3. Cancellations made within 7 full working days (Sunday to  Thursday) prior to expected start of services are subject to full cancellation fees.
4. No refunds for no-show and unused services

Visa To Israel

  1. passport should be valid for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of entry into Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territories.
  2. A completed filled form includes all passengers information for a visa to enter Israel please contact us to obtain it .
  3. Payment of the fee ( Non refundable fee )

–Please note : JV Tours apply the visa  but  we are not responsible about denied visa or any delays in response as Israeli Ministry of Interior issued the visa.
