Continue to Megiddo, also known as the plains of Armageddon, approximately 30km east of Haifa. Megiddo has been the site of many battles throughout the ages and many settlements, most of which have been discovered layered one on top of the other through archaeological digs. Today, Megiddo is most well-known as the place where the last battle described in the Bible will take place—Armageddon. The book of Revelation describes the plains of Megiddo as the gathering place for armies before the final battle preceding the 2nd coming of the Messiah, Yeshua (Jesus Christ). Proceed to Tiberias for dinner and overnight.

Continue to Capernaum on the northern shoreline of the Sea of Galilee to visit the site and synagogue where Jesus preached, healed the sick, and performed many miracles. Stop at Tabgha, the location of the Miracle of the Loaves and Fishes, where Jesus is said to have fed a large crowd with just five loaves of bread and two fish. Proceed to the Mount of Beatitudes, the place where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount. Drive to the Banias Springs, then return to the hotel in Tiberias for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Cana to visit the Wedding Church, where Jesus performed His first miracle, turning water into wine. Continue to Jesus’ childhood town, Nazareth. In Nazareth, visit biblical sites such as the Church of the Annunciation, St. Joseph’s Workshop, and Mary’s Well. Proceed to Beit She’an, one of the ancient Decapolis cities. On the way, stop at the Jordan River Baptism site where John the Baptist baptized Jesus. Beit She’an is the city where Saul and his son Jonathan were nailed to the walls.
